Polices

  • Because each pair is hand painted there will be natural variations on each shoe. No two patterns are the same. This is a feature not a flaw. Your pair will be unique and one-of-a-kind.

Shipping

  1. Demand varies but typically we aim to ship to you within 7-10 days of your order date.
  2. We will typically use USPS flat rate shipping service.
  3. If you need quicker delivery contact us.
  4. If you need international delivery contact us.
  5. Currently the cost of shipping is on us.
  6. We will ship to the address given in the shipping form during checkout.

Returns

  • We WILL accept returns within 14 days (+ a few more if you need) of the purchase date for any reason, provided the shoes are returned unused and in good condition.
